With Cape Cod atmosphere and California-inspired menu, One Pico does its parent hotel, Shutters, proud. With a unique blend of rustic elegance and class, the restaurant boasts high-back chairs, giant water goblets, an aromantic lullaby of rolling waves and, of course, stunning ocean views. Dining at sunset is an absolute must! To complement its opulent surroundings, the menu features starters, such as steamed mussels in a spicy coconut and lemongrass broth and a delectable salad of shrimp and Maryland crab cake, asparagus, mushroom and corn. Along with the vast wine list, entrees are both extensive in selection and taste. One of the more adventurous items featured on the menu is the Moroccan spiced rack of lamb with cous cous and Japanese eggplant. Less adventurous, yet equally delicious items include Chilean sea bass, roasted salmon, spaghetti, linguini, swordfish, ahi tuna, roast chicken and filet of beef.
